Claims Procedure

What to do when a part covered by this agreement breaks down or for assistance and/or advice:

1. Call our claims centre (9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, Mon - Fri) immediately at 1-905-578-7477 or 1-800-387-0119 before any repairs are made.
2. Have the Application Number and Current Odometer reading ready.
3. Use all responsible means to protect the vehicle from further damage.
4. Have the Repair establishment call our Claims Centre before any repairs are made.
5. The Repair establishment must receive Approval and an Authorization Number before any repairs are made.
